Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Welcome to the Great Britain Journal Press. Our primary website is located at: https://journalspress.com.

2.1 Comments: If you choose to comment on articles, we gather the data you include in the comment form. We also capture your IP address and browser user agent string to aid in spam detection. Comments may be verified via an automated spam detection service. If you use Gravatar, an anonymized string created from your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to provide associated profile images. 2.2 Media: Ensure that images uploaded to our site do not contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Other visitors can extract this data from images on our website.

2.3 Contact Forms: Information submitted through contact forms is captured for communication purposes.

2.4 Cookies: If you comment on our content, you may opt to save your name, email, and website in cookies, ensuring you don't need to re-input these details for future comments. These cookies are stored for a year.

Visiting our login page places a temporary cookie in your browser to verify its cookie-acceptance capability. This cookie does not store personal data and is removed when you close the browser.

On login, cookies store your login details and display preferences, with different expiration times based on your selections.

When you edit or create an article, a cookie records the post ID of the article you worked on, expiring after 24 hours.

2.5 Embedded Content: Our articles may have embedded content (videos, images, etc.) from other sites. Interacting with this content is as if you visited the originating website, which may collect your data, use cookies, and monitor your interaction.

2.6 Analytics and Data Sharing: We engage in data analytics to enhance our platform. Comment data is kept indefinitely for automatic comment approval instead of moderation.

Registered users will have their provided data stored in their profile. Users can access and modify their data anytime, with the exception of their usernames. Website administrators can also access and modify this information.

3. Your Rights Over Your Data:

Should you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we possess. You can also ask for the deletion of your personal data. Exceptions apply, such as data required for legal, administrative, or security needs.

We have procedures in place to handle potential data breaches, ensuring the utmost safety and transparency in such events.

5. Third-Party Engagements:
